Welcome!
I am so glad you are here. Are you ready for the journey to begin?
With me, you can expect an integrated experience of deep internal exploration and processing that gets to the root of why you feel and behave the way you do. You will discover the luminosity of your being as you heal from the inside out.
I am an integrated therapist, drawing on modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Eidetic Imagery, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment, Relational-cultural therapy, EMDR, Hakomi, DEEP and Mindfulness. My primary modality is Internal Family Systems. I have found that it has the most profound impact on the quality of people’s internal lives.
*** I can provide in-person or online therapy***
Quotes from people who have experienced Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy with me.
“I made a lot of progress in a short period of time. I’ve tried a lot of talk therapy that felt good but was ineffective long-term. I feel like this has gotten deep very fast and I can feel ancient debris clearing out.”
“I have made a career out of mental health but this is the only approach that has really worked for me personally.”
“I have grown into the person I always wanted to be but didn’t know how to get there. Thank you.”
“You helped me fall in love with myself! I never wanted to look too deep because I was afraid deep down I wasn’t lovable and it ruined my relationships. I trust myself now. And I like myself! I never thought I could feel that way after everything I’ve been through.”
“I know this sounds weird, but I feel more grown up now. I was like a kid crying out all the time and now I feel like I’m all grown up and able to take care of myself.”
“This approach has given me the tools I need to maintain lasting change even after therapy is over. I treat myself differently now. I have learned to be kind to myself.”
“I won’t lie, this is hard work. Sometimes I don’t even feel up for it. But it has changed my life. It saved me.”
“I feel clearer and calmer when I do this work. I need this every day of my life.”
Can you do other kinds of therapy?
Yes. Although many people seek IFS as their sole form of self-exploration, some like a more varied approach, get a lot out of verbally processing sporadic IFS deep dives, or feel certain issues are better addressed with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We can pivot organically among these various modalities based on the need and preference. I do not provide EMDR outside of a long-term therapeutic relationship.
